Fi-Hi Creamsicle Black Speaker Backpack

Fi Hi Creamsicle

This backpack is a great one if you aren’t looking at spending too much money. At only $39.95, you really can’t go wrong especially if you plan on doing any sort of sport while wearing it (skating, snowboarding etc) if you crash and you wreck it oh well! Having said that, the material is actually super durable and will last a long time. A lot of people will use this backpack when they are biking because it is relatively compact and you aren’t legally allowed to have two head phones in while biking in some areas

The Good:
Durable material (that is actually water resistant)
Cheap but reliable

The Bad:
Too small for a lot of luggage
Decent sound quality
No volume control

The Sharper Image Backpack Speaker System (Black)

Now we are stepping it up a bit from the Creamsicle backpack. This sharper image speaker system is compatible with any ipod, iphone, and other MP3 systems. You can even detach the speaker system off the backpack! That is really nice for $49.99, especially when you are biking or skating somewhere and instead of having to take your backpack (holding whatever in it) you can just take off the speaker to make it even more portable! That’s right, the speaker system comes right off the backpack so you can use it independently .This is a nice bag especially because of the ipod/iphone puch on the shoulder strap, enabling quick access and the variety of colors you can choose from! ( I like black personally )

The Good:
Wonderful sound for the price
Durable material
Detachable speaker!!
A lot of storage room

The Bad:
No headphone speaker hole out the top (easily fixed haha)
No volume control

G-Tech The Revolution iPod Backpack – Black

G-Tech Reveloution

Alright, now we are really getting into the good stuff! My favorite part about this backpack is the 5-button control system located on the shoulder strap. You can fully control your ipod/iphone with the buttons while either listening to the speakers or through your headphones. I love this backpack; the sound, the control, and the overall quality make it worth the money! Trust me, this bag will bump for a long time.

Fi Hi Pimp’N Backpack, Black

Feeling a little bit more flashy? This bag features black leather with gold trim which will really start to turn heads, especially when you are blaring some bumpin tunes! It has a 3000 mW speakers which put out great highs and mids (bass is a little weak as expected with all of these rather small systems). The 80% volume level is perfect and loud, after that, you can get a little bit of music distortion. Another great feature of this bag is the space. There are many compartments for storing all of your equipment/books etc without any problem at all. At $50, this bag is definitely worth ii, however you do get what you pay for. Some of the compartments can act and feel a little cheap at times. With a higher quality backpack, you will get a little better sound and material, but bag does the job!

The Good:
Inexpensive, but gets the job done
Loud with good highs and mids
Flashy with black leather and gold trim
Good compartment space

The Bad:
Cheaper material
Weaker bass range
At extreme volume, distortion in music

Fi Hi Voltron Stereo Backpack, Black

Screen Shot 2013-06-09 at 6.10.07 PM

The Fi Hi Voltron is a slightly higher quality bag (more so the material rather than the speakers) so this will run you closer to $50. This seems to be a bit more durable than the others, but the speakers sound about the same with good highs/mids with not so great bass. My favorite part about this bag is the built in laptop compartment that can hold up to a 17″ laptop. With some tinkering, you probably could get your laptop to play through your speakers even while it is shut! The speakers are pretty standard at 3000 mW.

The Good:
Higher quality material
Large compartment space
17″ protective laptop compartment

The Bad:
Slightly more expensive
Same quality f speakers as the other bags
